**Managed Setup** means AnswerBuilt handles the technical infrastructure (domain registration, hosting, DNS) on the client's behalf. The client owns the business and all rights to the site. AnswerBuilt just manages the technical side, the same way an accountant manages taxes — you own everything, they handle the part you do not want to deal with. The client can request their files or a full transfer at any time at no cost.

**Full Handoff** means the client owns and controls everything directly — their own Netlify account, their own domain registrar. Better for clients who are comfortable with technical setup or want full independence from day one.

Neither option is a trap. Managed Setup is not "losing control" — it is choosing to delegate technical maintenance, which most small business owners prefer. Switching from Managed to Full Handoff later is straightforward.
